“Sabbath School is one of the most important parts of Sabbath. It gives us the opportunity for fellowship, mission understanding, outreach and one of the greatest parts, Bible study and discussion. What a privilege to be able to study our Bible and the Adult Bible Study Guide in a small group setting and make the wonderful biblical instructions practical for our spiritual experience the next week. No one should miss Sabbath School!”—Ted N C Wilson, president, General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

“And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.” Luke 2:52 – that’s the definition of a thriving child. Children thrive when they are provided with age adapted programs that are both fun and educational. God has placed within the heart of each child the irresistible drive to DISCOVER and the love of LEARNING and beholding the beautiful. At Children’s Ministries we work with those God-given motivations within the heart of each child to develop and bring out the best, to fuel the God-given PASSION in the heart of each child. Kids love to come back to Children’s Ministries week after week. These essentials of thriving are key ingredients of our strategy to partner with parents on a path that leads our children from kindergarten to college and from earth to heaven, teaching them to walk with God all along the way.

The sermon from Sabbath May 23 is an excellent and most timely message that was presented live on the church facebook page referenced above; it was recorded and is available there for viewing at any time. It is a sermon filled with Faith and Hope and Power. Watch it and you will be blessed!
In the sermon on Sabbath March 21 Pastor Wazoua mentioned that some have asked how they could return tithes and offerings because the church was temporarily closed due to covid-19. The General Conference has provided multiple ways to return tithes and offerings.
1. The General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists has established a website where you may give to the Irving Seventh-day Adventist Church; to open the Irving SDA Tithes and Offerings envelope on that site go to https://adventistgiving.org
2. The General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists has provided the Adventist Giving app which you can use on your cell phone and mobile devices. For Apple devices (iPhone, iPad) just to to the App Store on your device to download it. For Android (Google) phones and tablets just go to the Play Store on your device to access it.
Isaiah 54:10 For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.
Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
Psalm 46: 1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Isaiah 26:12 Lord, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou also hast wrought all our works in us.
Greetings and welcome! We are glad you chose to visit with us on our website today.
On behalf of the entire church community I want express our desire that during your browsing you will experience the the presence of the Creator of The Universe, God, our loving heavenly Father in a personal way that is uniquely yours.
We invite you to visit our church and join us in worship. Your presence with us on the Holy Sabbath Day will magnify our praise and enhance our worship and thankfulness to our magnanimous Creator, King, and Redeemer. In the beginning He formed us in His own image and it is by His power alone that our fallen human hearts are re-created, on this earth, after the divine similitude and we become His children. He is returning to this earth again, soon, to rescue and restore to us the dominion and glory of Eden in the Earth made new. We want you to be with us in that glorious kingdom that He is now preparing for us all. To that end we invite you feel at home with us and join us as we journey together with Jesus toward the heavenly Canaan.
